Memberships

You can cancel a recurring membership at any time using the “Manage membership” option in your account, or by contacting us. Your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law.

One-time program purchases

If you are not satisfied with a one-time program purchase, contact us within __________ days of your purchase and we will review your request. Because programs are delivered digitally, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
