Starfish Strength LLC (“Starfish Strength,” “we,” or “us”) provides virtual strength, nutrition, and motivation coaching. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, and phone number.
- Health and fitness information you choose to share through our intake form and pre-activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q), and any feedback you log on your workouts.
- Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends when you use the site.
How we use it
- To deliver and personalize your coaching, workouts, and programs.
- To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and assignments.
- To process payments and memberships.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Service providers
We share information only with the providers that run the service on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email-delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.
Data security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.
