Starfish Strength LLC (“Starfish Strength,” “we,” or “us”) provides virtual strength, nutrition, and motivation coaching. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Our promise: your information is yours, and it stays that way. We will never sell your data, rent it out, or hand it to advertisers — and we don't run ad trackers that follow you around the internet. The numbers you log are seen by you and Nancy. We use a few trusted services to run things (payments, texts, video calls), and none of them are allowed to sell your data either.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, and phone number.
  • Health and fitness information you choose to share through our intake form and pre-activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q), and any feedback you log on your workouts.
  • Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends when you use the site.

How we use it

  • To deliver and personalize your coaching, workouts, and programs.
  • To communicate with you about your account, sessions, and assignments.
  • To process payments and memberships.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the service.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that run the service on our behalf, and only as needed: our hosting and database provider (the site and your account), our payment processor (Stripe), our email and text-message providers (account and reminder messages), our scheduling and video provider (live sessions), our error-monitoring provider (to find and fix bugs), and a nutrition database (to look up foods you search). These providers process your information for us under their terms and are not permitted to sell it.

No advertising, no data sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral-tracking pixels. Any usage analytics we keep are first-party — stored in our own systems and used only to improve the service.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below.

Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
