I have had the pleasure of training with Nancy in person. Her story of why and how she became a trainer was one reason why I selected her. She is real, honest, positive, but not a rah, rah. I am so happy she is sharing her story with everyone. She is "one of us", she gets it.
Nancy has been my trainer for three+ years. She has helped me to age better and stronger. We have worked on muscle tone, stretching and balance. Recently, I was walking when my ankles rolled. Amazingly I did not fall but stumbled to upright balance. This was due to the training I did with Nancy including squats and lunges of all kinds. She is really dedicated and I highly recommend her as a trainer.
Nancy was my personal trainer before and during the pandemic years. While I have had other personal trainers through the years, Nancy is one that always had a plan. She is interested inworking with you for balance, strength and diet. I went from 290 pounds to to 203 pounds and Nancy was a big part of that process. I regard her as one of the best trainers and people that I have had the opportunity to work withthrough the years and I highly recommend her for a great all around fitness program.

I had the good fortune of working with Nancy as my trainer in a gym prior to Covid. She inspired me with her personal story of weight loss and retention, and her empathetic and motivational coaching style . I was able to lose weight and gain muscle tone to look fabulous for my daughter’s wedding pictures, but then with the pandemic, my progress stalled. Fast forward to 2023 when I knew I needed help to sort out why I was stuck. Nancy spent time reviewing my food tracker log and made recommendations to modify my nutritional plan. Hooray, success! Nancy and I were paired up originally after I had a left hip and knee replacement. She was patient and kind and motivated me. Nancy continues to be creative in helping me build strength and stamina. I get compliments all the time on my muscle tone and the shape of my legs and arms. The best thing Nancy has helped me build is my balance and confidence. If I misstep, I know I can “right” myself and not fall. That is a powerful ability to have as I age! I really value the support and fitness guidance I get from Nancy. She has become an invaluable part of my life!
